This is a powerful story of interagency collaboration, commitment, and courage during last week's severe flooding. Sharon Hensley, a 75-year-old Clendenin, W.Va. resident, broke her femur during the flooding and was trapped by water on all sides for 18 hours. This is the story of her rescue.
