JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (March 4, 2020) The Freedom-class littoral combat ships USS Wichita (LCS 13) and USS Billings (LCS 15) moor alongside each other using a Yokohama mega fender, the world's largest floating pneumatic fender, at Naval Station Mayport, Fla.
