U.S. Air Force Command Chief Master Sgt. Thomas L. James, Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Adjutant General of the California Military Department, presents a custom California pararescue shirt to Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Ramón “CZ” Colón-López after SEAC's keynote remarks during the California Military Department Service Member of the Year Banquet, Jan. 18, 2020, in San Diego. SEAC, himself a pararescueman, spent the day meeting with California National Guard Soldiers and Airmen during the Cal Guard's annual leadership conference.
