U.S. Soldiers assigned to 5th Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, participate in Sparrow Strike Medical exercise hosted by Estonian forces in Tartu, Estonia, March 24 and 25, 2025. U.S. troops setup a triage and medical Rollup in order to receive patients and assess casualties while working alongside Estonian Medical personnel for emergency response and teamwork between each force.
