ESB & EIB Badge Testing 2024

• USAFCoEFS hosts the EIB/ESB testing for Service Members from Active, Reserve Component, National Guard Component and Foreign Soldiers
• The ESB tests an individual’s competency and ability to perform to-standard skill level 1 Warrior Tasks and Senior Commander-selected tasks. All Career Management Fields are eligible to compete except 11, 18 and Medical.
The EIB test measures a soldier’s physical fitness and ability to perform the standards of excellence in a broad spectrum of critical Infantry skills. EIB training and testing is intended to be rigorous, mission-focused and conducted under realistic conditions.
• This testing recognizes quality Soldiers who demonstrate a high degree of professional skills, stamina and proficiency.
