The Provost Marshal Office (PMO) aboard Marine Corps Installations Pacific – Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. Butler wear a mourning band on their badges for the month of January 2021 to honor the late, retired, U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Grant V. Frey.
