U.S. Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans medevaced a 27-year-old man from the offshore supply vessel Isabella Rose, approximately 45 nautical miles south of Port Au Fer, Louisiana, Thursday. Watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector New Orleans received the report of a deckhand complaining of chest pains and abdominal discomfort. An MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew hoisted him and transported him to West Jefferson Medical Center, where he is reported to be in stable condition.
