Pedestrian Safety When Your Vehicle is Disabled
Naval Safety Command
Nov. 10, 2022 | 2:36
Last year, the Governor's Highway Association projected more than 7,400 pedestrians would be killed in traffic incidents across the U.S. When your vehicle breaks down and you have to pull over to the side of the road be prepared with an emergency kit, be situationally aware, move to the safest possible location and away from traffic, and never forget that help is only a phone call away. (U.S. Navy video by Mass Communication Specialist 1st Class Daniel Willoughby).
