U.S. Navy service members assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command, test and train with Providence Caregiver Health Services employees at Providence Auditorium and Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington, Oct. 17. Military personnel assigned to NMRTC deployed from California and Washington, in support of the continued Department of Defense COVID response operations to help communities in need. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible DoD support to the whole-of-government COVID response.
