145th Airlift Wing, North Carolina Air National Guard

Members of the 118th ASOS from the 145th Airlift Wing in Charlotte, North Carolina participated in their Annual Occupational Fitness Test this past December Drill weekend.
The test is occupationally specific and operationally relevant and required for this career field. It consists of 10 parts, ranging from medicine ball throws and grip tests to pull-ups and oxygen readings based on increased physical activity known as V02 Max.
