Who inspires you? The hardest working person I know, my uncle Jesus Gallardo.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Hopefully still in the U.S. Air Force, but on the officer side, as a general dentist.

Senior Airman Elias Gallardo-Baez was the only individual to have been through the previous Operational Readiness Inspection, so when the Operational Readiness Exercise came around, he was empowered to train and coach the newly assigned players. He spearheaded logistical detachment and cargo action flawlessly. He was lauded and called out by name for his meticulous hazardous cargo declarations by the Exercise Evaluation Team at the cargo deployment function section. His efforts were key to smooth Aircrew Flight Equipment operations, which facilitated Aircrew members to fulfill mission requirements.
