My dream assignment would be Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, shooting and fishing. The Deep Freeze mission would also be an added bonus, getting to fly to Antarctica. My wife and son. They push me to be the best, and that motivates me to provide them with the best. Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Having my master's degree finished and being an evaluator loadmaster. Senior Airman James Joyce is the 3rd Airlift Squadron's safety representative. He is in charge of keeping everyone in the squadron informed on safety issues and current events. Joyce was a key player during Hurricane Sandy, maintaining accountability of service members and their families while supplying them with the help they needed to make it through the great disaster. Joyce is also a large asset to the C-17 Globemaster III loadmaster community. He recently returned from a deployment supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. He contributes to others by helping many with his humanitarian efforts around the world. He brings well-needed supplies to areas in distress and to less fortunate people abroad. Finally, on his personal off-time, he assists individuals that are in need of guidance to pass their physical fitness test to maintain their military standards. -Staff Sgt. Robert P.
