Who inspires you? Gen. George S. Patton. I'm a big history buff and he was an impressive leader. One of his best quotes was; 'No good decision was ever made in a swivel chair.'
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I hope to be a master sergeant or a senior master sergeant by that time. I want to be running the show and making the mission happen.

"Senior Airman Benjamin Reese exhibited the warrior ethos throughout Combat Airman Skills Training. When the situation dictated, he stepped up to the leadership challenge and led a combat fire team through several intense training scenarios. He always put the team first and provided valuable deployment experience insight for the younger Airmen who have never deployed before. Reese also provided timely humor to keep spirits high as our 20-person team was tested physically and mentally."
