Being a loadmaster, because my brother is a C-130 Hercules loadmaster and I get to see the world. My big brother Austin Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I plan to still be in the Air Force as a loadmaster, hopefully married with kids. Senior Airman Cody Carpenter is a person who is always ready for new challenges. In our section, he manages our Airman Sponsorship Program, guiding newly-assigned Airmen while helping them adjust to Team Dover and our mission. In the aircraft, he has proven to be an outstanding loadmaster. Most recently, he was instrumental in the testing and evaluation of the version 3.5 software upgrade for the new C-5M. The extensive information he gathered during Engine Running Off-load procedures enabled the validation of an $8 million contract affecting all aircraft within the $7 billion weapon system.
