Tech. Sgt. Dickinson filled the NCO in charge of installation security position for three months during the primary's deployment; the position is reserved for seasoned master sergeants. He oversees five sections, ensuring every aspect of security on the installation is adequate. Additionally, he authored the wing's 665-page Integrated Defense Plan; after over a year of coordination, the plan was officially signed last week by the wing commander. A truly humble and dedicated NCO that never seeks favor for himself, rather only for those he leads. This unsung hero deserves recognition for everything he does behind the scenes to secure the installation.
