Who inspires you?
My papa, or my dad's dad, because he was a hard-working man and taught me to always appreciate what you have and what you've worked for - one day it could all be gone.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Hopefully still an active duty Air Force flyer.

Airman 1st Class Nicole Silva has gone above and beyond since joining the Air Force and Team Dover. She completed the C-17 Globemaster III Loadmaster Initial Qualification Course with an outstanding 99 percent on her end of course exam at Altus Air Force Base, Okla. After her arrival to the 3rd Airlift Squadron, she completed the mission-ready loadmaster program in only 28 days after her start of training date. She is actively involved in the community where she volunteered to work NASCAR for the squadron booster club and helped raise $350 for the local food bank.
