Who inspires you? The mentors I have met and continue to meet every day throughout my time in the Air Force have made me want to do my best by leading by example.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I see myself as a master sergeant with a master's degree in occupational health and safety.

Senior Airman Jaimee R. Scott diligently manages the wing ventilation program and is assigned as an occupational health specialist for several industrial work centers throughout Dover Air Force Base, Del. She is very dedicated to her job. Recently, she was responsible for assessing the ventilation systems at the aircraft structural maintenance shop. The section had a $3 million facility addition. She ensured these systems were functioning properly to protect the workers from multiple occupational hazards. She went above and beyond, using a smoke machine to educate the workers on the airflow and proper use of these systems.
