I may experience them firsthand.

Who inspires you? My grandfather, James C. Arnold, who passed away in 2006.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I see myself either here or overseas managing an airfield systems shop as NCO in charge.

Senior Airman James H. Ringler was chosen to be Airman of the Week because of his unyielding dedication, impeccable core values and uniquely-high work proficiency. He raises the quality of work and expertise in his work center at all times. He is responsible for maintaining the communication and electronics equipment, which allows the air traffic controllers to communicate with the pilots, and helps our service members safely land at Dover AFB. Ringler has recently completed system upgrades to Dover AFB's digital legal recorders, and training his airfield systems work center on its operation. He has taken the initiative to attend a high reliability soldering class to improve maintenance practices at the 436th CS. His positive attitude towards work has made a lasting impression on his co-workers and new incoming Airmen he sponsors. Ringler is an invaluable asset to his shop and the 436th CS.
