Who inspires you? Co-workers

Have you been deployed? If so, what was your best experience/story, why:
While deployed to Southwest Asia, I was tasked to Kandahar Air Base, Afghanistan, to recover a C-17 Globemaster III that was grounded for an inoperative fuel jettison valve. This aircraft was fully loaded with Army personnel that were re-deploying to home station after an extended tour down-range. After fixing the aircraft, I reassured the passengers that they would make it home on time. Seeing their relief was the best part of the deployment.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Completing my master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Staff Sgt. Lynch is a hard-charging NCO with unlimited potential. When he's given a task to complete, there is no doubt in my mind that it will be completed with little-to-no discrepancies. When the situation arises that requires an individual to work an extended shift, he is the first person to volunteer to stay. To Lynch, safety is paramount. Thoughts of deviating from technical data or safety practices are not entertained. I look forward to seeing this Airman with a set of chief stripes one day.
