Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I see myself serving the Lord, serving my country in the Air Force, loving my family, obtaining my masters degree in aviation and being one of the best air traffic controllers and overall Airmen in the AF.

Airman McLean has been and continues to be a valuable asset to the 436th Operations Support Squadron Radar Approach Control for the last two years. He became a radar certified air traffic controller in 60 percent of the allotted time. He has developed his skill level, which has established new standards of performance for all apprentice ATCs to emulate. His tireless efforts on the ATC simulator helps upgrade his fellow ATCs and the overall training program. When air traffic volume is at its peak and the complexity becomes difficult, Airman McLean handles the traffic while being composed and confident. With the arrival of numerous Airmen to the squadron, Airman Mclean has been vital in training and mentoring.
