Senior Airman Yanet Rouillard was picked for Airman of the Week because of her stellar customer service skills and job performance as the fitness assessment cell manager. Her duties and responsibilities entail overseeing and tracking all fitness assessments within the 436th and 512th Airlift Wings. She is responsible for reporting vital fitness metrics to the 436 AW, Air Mobility Command, and 18th Air Force. Also, Airman Rouillard ensures all members needing fitness improvements are enrolled into the proper fitness improvement programs such as the Be Well course and Fit Camp.
