Where do you see yourself in 10 years?: Working on my Ph.D and running a fortune 500 company's network. Senior Airman Philip Smith is the type of Airman every supervisor hopes they will receive. He is the top Airman in the Wing Information Assurance Program. Airman Smith's drive and optimism keeps our program running like a well oiled machine. He has continually worked at a level beyond his rank. For six months, Airman Smith single-handedly ran the Information Assurance and Emissions Security Program, as well as building the 166th Air National Guard Emissions Security Program from the ground up. Airman Smith displays great selflessness, putting in long hours preparing for our upcoming Information Assurance Assessment and Assistance Program inspection, while still preparing for his deployment. All of Airman Smith's efforts directly impact the security of our network, preventing any classified information from entering the wrong hands. He has proven to be a tremendous asset to Team Dover and will be greatly missed during his deployment. -Staff Sgt. Eric Hawley Supervisor
