Senior Airman Sara Forman is a member of the Aerospace Ground Flight Equipment pulse-line team. During a heavy week of scheduled inspections, Airman Forman took control of the pulse-line section during the vacancy of her team leader. Under her mentorship the section completed 28 inspections, eight inspections more than shop standard. Her astounding leadership coupled with superb technical prowess led to the alleviation of an inspection backlog of eight equipment items, while steering the pulse-line back to the weekly standard of 20-22 inspections. Airman Forman efficiently guided coworkers to complete the requirements, for the week, ensuring serviceable and safe equipment for flightline maintainers. Airman Forman is a staff-sergeant select with a bright Air Force future. Master Sgt. Joshua Phillips -Supervisor
