Airman of the Week: Senior Airman Jacqueline Shelton Published March 8, 2011 By 436th Airlift Wing DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Name/rank: Senior Airman Jacqueline Shelton Squadron: 436th Maintenance Operations Squadron Job: Data systems analyst Dream assignment: Cape Canaveral, Florida, because I would love to see the Kennedy Space Center. Favorite movie: First Wives Club Favorite food: Anything spicy Favorite book: The Conversations with God series Who inspires you: Mrs. Wendy Yonce Where do you see yourself in 10 years: I hope to be a Lieutenant Colonel serving as a psychotherapist. Senior Airman Shelton is Airman of the Week for numerous reasons. It starts with her drive and ambition. She has a go-getter attitude and is on top of the job. She also does a lot of volunteer work and takes three to four classes a semester. These extra curricular activities never affect her job performance and I believe she's a great influence on the other Airmen. She's always willing to help anyone and does her volunteer work just because it's in her nature. She spent some time away with the honor guard and also did an amazing job there. We need more Airmen like her in today's Air Force who are ambitious and want to excel in everything they do. -Staff Sgt. Evelyn Merritte Supervisor
