Twenty four hours a day, 365 days a year, the tireless contributions of Team Dover Airmen keep the world-wide air mobility mission thriving. In the near future, 436th Airlift Wing leadership, members of Dover Air Force Base and some special guests will take a night to celebrate the team's tireless efforts during the 2009 436th Airlift Wing Annual Awards Ceremony.

This year's annual awards ceremony is scheduled for Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. at the Dover Downs. Tickets cost $30 and include the 6-7 p.m. social hour, followed by a dinner and the awards ceremony. Military members are expected to wear either mess dress or semi-formal and civilians should be in formal attire.

This year's scheduled guest speaker is Dan Clark, a former defensive lineman for the National Football League's Los Angeles Rams. According to his Web site, Mr. Clark is a seasoned public speaker, who, in the last 25 years, has spoken to more than 4,000 audiences in all 50 states and more than 35 countries.
