Senior Airman Yuslain Perez, 436th Civil Engineer Squadron, uses a Global Navigation Satellite System to survey the exact measurements of the hospital parking lot. This survey must be done to let the construction crew know where to build the new parking lot, which will provide increased parking capacity.
