Randy represents the dream troop that every supervisor hopes to have. It's almost like he has a sixth sense; he knows what you are about to ask him before the words come out of your mouth. This is partly because he has great vision when it comes to structural maintenance. Randy fully understands his job and can visualize what the finished product will look like before he starts his work. He is the "go-to" guy for superiors, friends, and subordinates alike. Senior Airman McKee is a role model and sets the standard for all others to follow. When he isn't on the job, or deployed, he is lending a hand in the local community. It has been my honor to serve with such an upstanding troop.
