Staff Sgt. Rachel M. Weis has proven to be one of Dover Air Force Base's best Airmen. As the 436th Security Forces Squadron's police services NCO in charge, she demonstrates outstanding supervision in the administration of law enforcement and security daily blotters, reports, and traffic control, ultimately enhancing public safety for more than 12,000 military and civilian personnel. She is the direct liaison between the Air Force Security Forces Center, Navy brigs, judge advocate general, commanders and first sergeants for pre-and post-trial confinement requirements. Recognized for her expertise, she recently fast-tracked the 436th Airlift Wing's first-ever Department of Corrections Memorandum of Understanding. This document will enable members to be confined locally, eliminating the need for timely and costly transportation out of the state. Weis is a true professional who continues to establish herself as a go-to Airman and constantly brings credit to our great Air Force.
