Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Finishing my bachelor's degree, transitioning to being an officer, and half way to retirement.
Airman 1st Class Thomas J. Sax Jr. has only been at Dover Air Force Base, Del., for six months, but in that time he has done nothing but impress the squadron. He is currently two months ahead of schedule on his Career Development Courses and has completed all five-level core tasks; on track for his five-level upgrade six months ahead of schedule. Another reason for this recognition is his impressive fitness assessment score of 100. His efforts are clearly worthy of appreciation for exemplary performance and an example for all of us to follow.
