Senior Airman Shelton is Airman of the Week for numerous reasons. It starts with her drive and ambition. She has a go-getter attitude and is on top of the job. She also does a lot of volunteer work and takes three to four classes a semester. These extra curricular activities never affect her job performance and I believe she's a great influence on the other Airmen. She's always willing to help anyone and does her volunteer work just because it's in her nature. She spent some time away with the honor guard and also did an amazing job there. We need more Airmen like her in today's Air Force who are ambitious and want to excel in everything they do.
