Lt. Col. Ed Szczepanik, 3rd Airlift Squadron commander, speaks during a tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Jan. 14, 2020, at the chapel on Dover Air Force Base, Del. Szczepanik informed the audience of King’s incredible accomplishments, such as travelling over 6 million miles and delivering more than 2,500 speeches advocating for civil rights in the U.S..
