Airman 1st Class Guadalupa Rolon Pena, 436th Security Forces Squadron response force member, scans a Common Access Card March 17, 2020, at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Members accessing the base will follow new gate procedures by holding their CAC with the back barcode facing the defender. The defender will then scan the back of the CAC and inform the member when they allowed to enter.
