Provides world-wide emergency assistance to Airmen and their eligible family members to meet immediate needs in an emergency situation. AFAS provides interest-free loans and grants based on the individual situation for needs such as: emergency travel, child care/respite, vehicle repair/payment, medical/dental, moving costs, funeral expenses, utilities, and basis living expenses. Falcon loans up to $750 without First Sergeant or Commander approval.

Clients may walk in during these hours to receive a notary or a power of attorney (POA). Legal assistance consolations with attorneys are by appointment only. Wills are also done by appointment only. Clients interested in producing a will must first fill out a will-worksheet that can be picked up in the lobby of the legal office. After completing the will-worksheet, the client can be scheduled for an appointment to accomplish their will.
