U.S. Army Air Corps veteran Staff Sgt. William Bieber, center, was presented with a proclamation from the Delaware Commission of Veteran Affairs signed by Delaware Gov. John Carney, honoring his service during a ceremony held at the Air Mobility Command Museum on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, March 26, 2024.
