Five vehicles belonging to the Delaware National Guard's 31st Civil Support Team, Weapons of Mass Destruction headquartered in Smyrna, Del. were airlifted to Florida to support the Florida National Guard during a large-scale training exercise Jan. 14-18. The 31st CST maintains the capability to mitigate the consequences of any WMD or Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical event, whether natural or man-made.
