Community members and Dover Airmen gathered at Eagle’s Rest Lodging to welcome the IESB to Dover. The IESB members will evaluate 26 mission areas during more than 100 briefings Feb. 1 and 2 to determine if Dover should receive the 2010 Commander-in-Chief’s Annual Award for Installation Excellence.
