Dover maintenance goes "green"

"Green" practices Airman Joshua Paserb, 436th Maintenance Squadron, operates a non-motorized cycle to transport parts to a C-5 Galaxy at Dover Air Force Base recently. The cycles are environmentally-safe and have been in use since 1977 at the base. The cycles require no fuel and their frequent usage creates zero waste by-products. The cycles also require minimal maintenance, and as an added bonus, they provide operators the opportunity to work out and help keep Airmen fit to fight. (U.S. Air Force photo/Jason Minto)
