Justin Riddle, 3rd AS learn about the fabrication of the C-17 aircraft during a production facility tour May 30. The combined 436th and 512th Airlift Wings crew arrived in Long Beach, Calif. May 29 and will assume ownership of Dover Air Force Base's first C-17, the Spirit of the Constitution, May 31. The crew will fly the C-17 to Dover for the arrival ceremony June 4.
