Ashley Brizendine and Michael Manchester, Jr., members of the Dover Air Force Base Youth Center, decorate soft drink cans, which were sold at the Children’s Carnival hosted at the Youth Center April 18. The Children’s Carnival was held in honor of the Month of the Military Child. Ms. Brizendine, daughter of Master Sgt. Michael Grove, Jr., 436th Operations Support Squadron, was recently named Team Dover’s Youth of the Year for volunteering for events such as the Children’s Carnival.
