Dental Lab

DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. – Tech. Sgt. Raymond Worl, 436th Dental Squadron NCO in-charge of the dental laboratory, uses a propane gas and oxygen torch to melt the metal which will be cast into the tooth mold. This will create either a gold or silver crown, or the metal substructure needed to apply porcelain for a porcelain-fused metal crown. (U.S. Air Force photo/ Airman 1st Class Shen-Chia Chu)
