A Rhino jack and some of the tools required for a C-17A Globemaster III nose landing gear wheel and tire assembly change wait to be used on July 16, 2014, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. Crew chiefs assigned to the 736th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron removed and replaced both wheel and tire assemblies due to one tire exceeding wear limits specified in the technical order.
