Dover's Dirt Boys

A hand tool used to remove dirt from pipes sits idle near the section of pipe scraped clean by Senior Airman Caleb Ash, 436th Civil Engineer Squadron, on a water line repair project on March 21, 2014, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. The water line has been dug-up with a small excavator, but final cleaning of the pipe must be done by hand before a section can be removed. (U.S. Air Force photo/Greg L. Davis)
