Dover AFB gets video

Tech. Sgt. Dale Gosney, 436th Airlift Wing Public Affairs NCO in charge of video operations, documents the rubber removal process on Runway 19, Oct. 15, 2013, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. Rubber left by landing aircraft on Dover's runways is removed twice a year by the 436th Civil Engineer Squadron to ensure the runway surface is clean and provides a safe landing surface.
