September 11th Ceremony, Dover AFB

Airman 1st Class Dallas Gullion, 436th Civil Engineer Squadron fire fighter, places a folded American flag on the memorial altar at the dedication ceremony of the Sept. 11 Memorial, Sept. 11, 2013,at the Air Mobility Command Museum on Dover Air Force Base, Del.
