Airman 1st Class Jamie Tstinic, 436th Civil Engineering Squadron pest control apprentice, gets ready to drop a packet of VectoLex WSP into a storm drain with standing water present Oct. 6, 2016, in the Dover Family Housing area, Dover Air Force Base, Del.
