ATCALs updates 50+ year old equipment

Equipment from the 1950s showing a certification date of 1969, April 28, 2017, on Dover Air Force Base, Del. ADB Companies and the 436th Operations Support Squadron Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems install $540 thousand worth of state-of-the-art radios, replacing equipment that dates to the 1950s and operated on archaic and degrading infrastructure.
