Team Dover shows local ROTC cadets Pathway to Blue

A group of Junior ROTC cadets pose for a group photo in front of a 436th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal vehicle Oct. 11, 2017, during a Pathways to Blue tour at Dover Air Force Base, Del.
