The Dover Air Force Base Honor Guard presents the colors during a tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Jan. 14, 2020, at the chapel on Dover AFB, Del. King was the youngest man to receive the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964, at age 35.
