Virginia Carson Tree Dedication

A member of the Links Incorporated, an international women’s volunteer service organization, gives a speech during a tree dedication ceremony Dec. 17, 2020 at the Air Mobility Command museum at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The ceremony celebrated the life of Carson, a Links Incorporated member and prominent Delaware educator who passed away Sept. 3, 2019.
