U.S. Army Air Corps veteran honored for his service

U.S. Army Air Corps veteran Staff Sgt. William Bieber, speaks to attendees during a ceremony held at the Air Mobility Command Museum on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, March 26, 2024. During WWII, Bieber served as a B-24 Liberator ball turret gunner in the Western Pacific. He flew 10 missions and downed one Japanese Zero aircraft.
